Good luck finding a quickbooks "support" team member who can actually answer your question. They will, and I assure you this, hold you up for at least an hour before verifying if they can talk to you, answer your question, or who you should have actually responded to (apparently they have a bunch of disconnected support teams as well, because well you just can't be transferred over without that ticket).

 

Hands down, worse thread.

 

Even worse response from QuickBooks Advisors???
