Hello @AlbertD,
Let me walk you through the steps on how you can create a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.
- Go to the +New button.
- Under OTHER, select Journal Entry.
- Select the appropriate date of your journal entry.
- Choose the needed category and enter the amount of your transaction.
- Click Save and close.
