I appreciate you reaching out to our support team regarding sending payroll in QuickBooks Desktop. Since the direct deposit paychecks are still in the queue, let's uncheck the Direct Deposit option from the paycheck to remove it from the sending queue. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Employees menu, then select Employee Center.
  2. Select the Transactions tab and select Paychecks.
  3. Find and open the direct deposit paycheck.1.PNG
  4. In the Paycheck window, click the Paycheck Details button.2.PNG
  5. From the Review Paycheck window, uncheck the Use Direct Deposit option.3.PNG
  6. If you want to send it manually to your employees, you can change it to a paycheck.
