We can try fixing the discrepancies on your payroll forms using the Verify and Rebuild Data Utility process. Let me show you how:
- Close all opened windows in your company file.
- From the File menu, choose Utilities and then Verify Data.
- Click OK to start and proceed to rebuild the data if you're prompted with errors.
- Go to File > Utilities > Rebuild Data.
- Back up your company file and follow the onscreen instructions.
For more details, you can use this link: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop. Once done, close QuickBooks first and then reset the systems update and run the latest payroll tax table again.
Here's how to reset the update:
- From the Help menu, select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to the Update Now tab and mark a check in the Reset Update box.
- Click Get Updates.
