Employees and payroll

Thank you for joining the thread, and welcome to the Community. I'll handle this query for you. 

It's great that you were able to e-file your employee's W-2 forms. To view them, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Select Payroll Center.
3. Move to the File Forms tab.
4. Click View/Print forms & W-2s.
5. Enter your Payroll PIN.
6. Hit OK.

You can also invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce. This way, they can view their pay stubs, along with their W-2s. See this article for more information: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more.
