Hello, @KFisherRM.

Let me share some information on how your can print your 1099 forms from QuickBooks.

When printing 1099 forms, one of the requirements is to make sure to use QuickBooks compatible 1099 forms. These forms are designed to print directly from QuickBooks and put information in the correct blank section of each form.

In the meantime, let's check your PDF settings and make sure that general alignment settings apply the following changes:

  • Page Scaling: set to None.
  • Make sure that Auto-Rotate and Center is not checked.
  • Make sure that Choose Paper Source by PDF page size is checked.

Once verified, let's try aligning and printing your forms again. You can follow the steps shared by my colleague, @DivinaMercy_N, in this thread. Also, you can refer to the Make fine alignment adjustments section of this article for more details on printer setup: Align, checks, invoices, and other forms for continuous-feed (dot matrix) printers

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can check your account securely and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve the alignment issue. Here's how:

  1. Go to Help from the top menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern in the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong) box.
  5. Hit Continue then click Start a message.

Keep me posted on how your call goes. I'll be right here to help you if there's anything else that you need.
