Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. This isn't the impression I want to leave you with. It's my priority that you're able to get the data generated in your payroll for an EFW2 file.
Since you've tried all the steps above, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have additional tools to help walk you through some more steps to help resolve this problem. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Pick the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
- Press the Contact Us hyperlink.
- Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk.
- Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
