Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. This isn't the impression I want to leave you with. It's my priority that you're able to get the data generated in your payroll for an EFW2 file. 

 

Since you've tried all the steps above, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have additional tools to help walk you through some more steps to help resolve this problem. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Pick the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Press the Contact Us hyperlink. 
  4. Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
