There is still not an "Annual Forms"

This is what appears:

Oct - Dec 2020 (Q4)

Filed forms for this quarter will be available by Feb 15.

Filed annual forms for 2020 will be available by Feb 15.

Does this mean we will not be receiving the W2s until Feb 15th?
