I'll walk you through the steps on how to see the form from the printer set up.

Here are the easy steps:

1. Go to the File menu at the top.
2. Choose Printer Setup.
3. Tap the Form Name drop-down arrow and scroll up.
4. Tick Align button and make the adjustment.
5. Click OK twice to save the changes. See the attached images below.
