Don't sweat, @meg16. I've got your back on turning off payment notifications in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can log in to your Merchant Service Center account using a web browser and turn off the payments notification from there. Here's how:
- In your Merchant account, click the Processing Tools drop-down and select Manage Recurring Payments.
- Click on Settings.
- Select No to stop the system from emailing.
- Once done, you'll see a green text saying Saved Settings.
