Hello, @GolferGirl.

 

When you integrate your QuickBooks Online account and Tsheets, all of your payroll items, if imported upon the first sync, will map automatically to the correct time types. However, you can clear the items you don’t want to automatically import. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. From your TSheets account, select QuickBooks.
  2. Choose Preferences
  3. Under Automatically import changes to, choose clear the items you don’t want to automatically import.

On the other hand, there 3 ways to map your payroll items in TSheets:

  • By employee
  • By specific customers, service items, or classes
  • employee selection
