To set Adobe as your default PDF reader on Mac, you can follow these steps:

  1. Select any PDF file.
  2. Control-click top open the menu and select Get Info.
  3. From the Open with: section, select Adobe Reader.
  4. Click Change All and select Continue.

If the same thing happens, we can update the release and do the Verify and Rebuild process. This will fix any data issue and ensure that QuickBooks works with other programs.
