The investigation was reported recently. As a workaround, you'll want to open the paycheck by clicking the Net pay link on the Paycheck list page. This will give you the option to delete the paycheck.

Otherwise, reach out to our Customer Care Support via chat or call. We will help you delete the paycheck, as well as add your company information to the list of affected users.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
