Is it possible to view employee timesheets more than a year old in QBO? When I click on New > Weekly timesheet, the drop-down menu at the top left goes back only a year.

At this time, there's not a way to view employee's timesheets more than a year old in the Weekly Timesheets in QuickBooks Online. I'm going to submit feedback to our Product Development Team about bringing in a feature that will allow this to happen. Thank you for providing the feedback to the product development team. I look forward to that feature. I recently migrated from Quickbooks Desktop to QBO and many of the service categories on the timesheets did not migrate properly. I am not able to correct them on timesheets prior to April 2019.

I'm glad I found this. I'm having the same issue. Cleary they still haven't fixed this, since this was a year ago. I found a work around myself as QBO "Support" was no help at all! You can run a Time Activity by Customer report and filter the dates needed. I don't understand why an accounting program doesn't store all your information for the time of using the service.

I can’t even see my time sheets 6 months behind. Please fix this as it’s very important I see them. Very. Is there a way I can see them by contacting you?

Thank you for the work around. Pretty amazing that it is now 2025 and QuickBooks has not fixed this issue. Unbelievable and such a basic requirement.
