Thanks for following up on this thread. If you're having trouble printing a copy of a 1096, then I recommend clearing your browsing data. Removing this data will help resolve any errors or glitches that may be standing in your way. Here's how:
Note: Below is instructions on how to clear browsing data within Chrome. If you're using a different browser, then use the link provided above for additional steps.
- Go to the Three Vertical Dots (Menu) in the top right-hand corner.
- Pick History and then History again.
- Click Clear Browsing Data on the left-hand side of the screen.
- In the "Time Range" section, choose All Time.
- Select Clear Data.
Afterward, try the same steps my colleague gave you above. If the printing issue is persisting, then I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can look further into your account by using different tools and a screen share.
