Your credit card information may be expired reason why you're getting a warning. Updating your credit card information for your subscription in QuickBooks can be done through the Account Maintenance page. Before doing so, make sure you are the current billing contact.
To update your billing information, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to Employees.
 - Choose My Payroll Service.
 - Click Account/Billing Information.
 - Sign in using your Intuit Account login.
 - Once signed in, go to Billing Details. If you see the current credit card information, you are the billing contact of your company. Select the Edit link to update your billing information.

If the same thing happens, you'll want to update QuickBooks to its latest release version to get rid of the warning message.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks.
 - Choose the Options tab.
 - Click the Mark All button, then Save.
 - Click Update Now.
 - Check the Reset Update box, then click Get Updates.
