Allow me to join the conversation and to share insights about unable to delete or void paycheck in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I've checked the investigation, and it is already resolved. In your case, it seems that the paycheck you're trying to void or delete is a direct deposit, and it's previously processed. To void the paychecks, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support. They have the tools to help you with the process.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help (?) icon, then choose Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the description field and click Let's talk.
- Select either Send message or Get a callback.
- Complete the needed information and pick Send message or Confirm my call.
