Employees and payroll
Hi Jenny,
I see in the thread that your company is not the only one experiencing this behavior.
We will help your employees check their payroll in the QuickBooks Workforce. In this case, we will need help from Support because they have access to the accounts. Please have your employees contact the QuickBooks Workforce Chat team, and one of the available agents will assist them as soon as possible. They are available until 6:00 PM PT today. Their schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
Alternatively, you can provide pay stubs to your employees while they are still experiencing this behavior.
