Another couple years later and QBO is still not able to send direct deposit for the HSA directly to the appropriate bank account? Why not? Seriously, why not?? You put all this time into changing little things that absolutely do not need to be changed and just keep ignoring major improvements such as this.
Between this issue and the unreasonable amount of time it takes to get ANY issue solved with your customer support chat system (literally 6 hours and three departments to correct an incorrect routing number mistake), this program is quickly becoming something we just need to get rid of.
