Employees and payroll

I did get a live person in chat!  She stated that it looks like DD is starting to move.  I finally got the email alert from QBO that the payroll direct deposit was successfully processed ( I didn't even realize that email hadn't come through until it did).  The very nice customer service rep can only do so much.  She also said she just got a notice that our company DD will be processing this afternoon.  Technology blips hurt everyone- remember everyone that reaches out is human.
