Is anyone else having issues with direct deposit not being deposited into accounts but the online says processed?

There's been a delay in the notification when processing the payroll funds. However, there's no actual impact to the money movement, and the funds will be deposited soon.

Same problem here. Payroll was submitted on time, but has not been withdrawn from our business account nor deposited to our employees. I can't get ahold of Quickbooks support. What's going on? My employees are panicking.

QuickBooks deducted the employees' wages from our business checking account, but did not pay the employees. Can't get any customer service. This is ridiculous

There is absolutely zero support. The contact us page doesn't work, and neither does the "assistant. I have no answers to give my employees. QBO customer service is nonexistent.
