How can quickbooks not give any specific options or updates? I put in for a callback first thing this morning, but that option is disabled now. Im trying to use the chat now, but I got one response and it was a generic line about there being a potential delay in payroll processing that has been resolved and payroll will be processed today. It doesn't help me know when my employees will get their money! This is a massive problem!
