Employees and payroll

In December I starting having this issue and can't get updates on my payroll.  I have called multiple times most times we spend a couple of hours to get it fixed. Then in 30 days I have to go through it all again. Support said my computer was to slow so I went and spent $1500 on a new computer and have the same issue!!! I am truly not sure how much more I can handle of this.
