shaikhambers - you know that the next reply from Intuit will be to "...click on the gear wheel and share your feedback" - somethings are so sad that they become laughable after a while. We have been battling another issue (giving clients the ability to pay a statement balance on-line without jumping through hoops and barrels) for years as well and continue to get this type of reply. Thanks for giving your input - I doubt it fwill help solve the problem but it at least lets us know that there are others in the universe
