Employees and payroll

This issue has been existing and has been escalated for further review. To ensure it is addressed, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can thoroughly review and evaluate a resolution to this matter. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select (?) Help.

  3. Go to the Search tab and type Contact us.

  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Go to the Callback section, and select the Have us call you option.
