This issue has been existing and has been escalated for further review. To ensure it is addressed, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can thoroughly review and evaluate a resolution to this matter. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select (?) Help.
- Go to the Search tab and type Contact us.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Go to the Callback section, and select the Have us call you option.
