Employees and payroll
Hello, alb111. Ensuring smooth data transfers is essential for your workflow. I'm here to help you resolve this issue by revisiting suggested troubleshooting methods and exploring additional solutions to get things back on track.
I see that NOCAP, LLC has shared some excellent troubleshooting steps and workarounds based on similar experiences. To make sure we've explored all possible solutions, have you had a chance to follow his detailed recommendations?
- Using Incognito/Private Browsing Mode: Log in to your QuickBooks account in an incognito window to avoid browser-specific issues..
- Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
- Checking the Connection:
- If you're an accountant using QBO Accountant and experiencing export issues, remember that clients need to grant you Company Admin access, or you'll need to guide the Primary Admin through the connection process.
- If you're a standard QBO client, try logging into your Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) account using incognito mode.
- Export Settings:
- Navigate to Payroll Settings, then Export Settings.
- Turn off the export, then turn it back on.
- When logging into the QBO account to export data, make sure you're logged in as the Primary Admin account to eliminate any troubleshooting steps related to permissions.
- Checking Intuit Accounts: Visit Intuit Accounts. And then go to Products & Billing to ensure no other payroll products are linked by mistake.
If you’ve already tried these steps and the issue remains unresolved, I recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Support for more in-depth assistance. They can provide additional insights and help pinpoint any service links that might be causing the problem. Here’s how you can contact support:
