Let us share some information about filing 941 x forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Post M.
The filing of the 941x form (Adjusted Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return or Claim for Refund) is unavailable in QBO. We can complete the form manually and submit it to the IRS outside the program. If you need to print a payroll report and use it as your basis when filing 941, we can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Reports menu and search for the Payroll tax and wage summary report.
- Filter the dates according to your preferences.
- Tap Apply.
- Click the drop-down arrow from the upper right corner of your screen.
- Choose Print or Save PDF.
- Press Print.
