Employees and payroll
Payroll taxes are automatically paid and filed by Intuit for customers who are subscribed to QuickBooks Assisted Payroll, ASMI1234. Let me guide you to the appropriate resources.
Any changes that are related to payroll or tax forms need to be communicated to our Payroll Support Team. This is to make sure that all payroll data are accurate and up to date.
In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to them. They'll be able to access your account and make the necessary changes to the W2 forms before filing them.
Here's how to reach out to them:
- Go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your account and select Continue with my account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
- If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use, and then click Continue.
- Choose between Chat or Callback.
