Employees and payroll
Correct mapping ensures employee deductions and tax withholdings are reflected on W-2 forms accurately, Ducotekk. I got some details about fixing incorrect W2s in QuickBooks.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll will automatically assign the designated accounts for each box as long as the employee is set up according to the state's instructions. We recommend checking the tax setup per employee in their Pay section. If it's set up correctly, I'd suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team again.

- Log in to your QBO account, then go to Help (?).
- Click on Search, then Contact Us.
