The easiest way to contact our live representatives is through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. In this case, I recommend logging in to your account through a supported web browser. From there, you'll have access to the Contact Us button and have the option to choose between a live call representative or a live chat support.
I'll guide you on how:
- Locate the Help icon and select the Search tab.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- From the What can we help you with? section, hit the Payroll tile.
- Choose how you want to connect with us:
- Have us call you: We'll call you in about 5 min.
- Chat with us: Start a conversation.
I'd also recommend checking out their support hours to ensure you receive timely assistance.
Additionally, you have the option to print your W-2s if you want to send them as paper copies to your employees, for your records or a W-3 for your accountant. Sending these copies helps maintain clear communication and compliance with tax regulations.
