@Archie_B Just like your colleague @Nicole_N, you are completely missing the point. Why are you talking about the Social Security Administration when we have made it clear from the beginning that our problem relates to e-filing the CALIFORNIA form DE-9C? This has nothing to do with the Social Security Administration. We are not having a problem with a federal filing, the problem is with a state filing. I highly recommend you actually read through the thread and attempt to understand what the actual problem is before replying with completely irrelevant information and suggestions.
