SarahAnnC, your suggestion does not/will not work. I have the same issue despite my having cancelled trial version of the embedded QBO product (that we never used) years ago. Perhaps it's that trial version that is blocking exports from Stand-Alone QB Payroll, but it shouldn't be. And it has never done so before.
We need away to connect the stand-alone QBO products we're paying for.
