When faced with a situation where the imported billable rate will show a zero rate in the online program, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team so they can conduct further investigation. They have tools to determine what causes the imported rate to show as zero in QBO, and assist you in applying the permanent solution once it is available.
To get the contact information:
- Tap the Help icon in your company to display the support window.
- In the Assistant tab, enter a brief description of your concern in the field bar and click the Get help from a human link to display the support options.
- Choose Chat to initiate a conversation or Callback to speak with an agent.
