Employees and payroll

My client was forced to switch from Intuit Full Service Online Payroll to QBO Payroll.

Be sure you get in writing what is included! Intuit did not make an equal transition. Additionally, they have made a tremendous amount of mistakes that linger in the notifications - after hours of communication with the QBO team.  They refuse to fix issues they have caused {as we have seen others complain of}.

Buyer beware because switching companies is a cumbersome procedure.

There is no responsibility or interest taken by the corporate team. There are no longer phone numbers to reach the "president's" office. The subscription costs are increasing and the services are decreasing.

I wish I didn't have to write this. I wish that Intuit provided the basic payroll services they are paid to provide.  I wish for the ProAdvisor fee they automatically charge my credit card, annually, that they would provide at least the same service they offered in 2001 when I paid my first payment.  Instead, the cost has tripled and the service has been disappointedly dialed back.
