I'll enlighten you about reprinting W2 forms and what data reflects in the filing history, Ted.

 

When reprinting a W2 form, you can select all or a single employee. If you choose an individual employee, only that employee is reflected in the filing history. Thus, if you want all your employees saved in the filing history, you'll need to recreate the file for everyone, but don't click Submit
