Employees and payroll
We have had the same issue of all of sudden it not exporting from payroll to our Quickbooks Online. I have sent reports showing the error I have been receiving - Invalid Reference ID: Accounts element ID 128 not found. The state its because I have a another payroll which we do not. We have been exporting and doing the same thing for years. All of a sudden now it will not work. I have noticed it is sending my payroll data to a liability account we have set up. It is obviously some glitch in the system and I still keep waiting for them to fix this issue and address it properly. They told me I need to upgrade to the advance...This is laughable. I have to pay more money to get your program to work properly? Fix the issue....
