Employees and payroll
Hi there, @Saphire605. Let's work together to ensure your employee will receive the link to view paystubs in their new email.
Your employee needs to change their email address on their Intuit Account to receive the link to view his paystubs in the updated email. Refer to change the email address, phone number, and password.
If your employees are unable to access their Workforce account, they can recover their Intuit Account if they can't sign in. You can send them an invite again once they update their email information on their Intuit Account.
Here's how:
- Select Employees, then Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
- From QuickBooks Workforce, select Invite Employees.
- Sign in with your Intuit Account. It should be the person who owns the QuickBooks Payroll license.
- Select the employee's name to resend the invite.
- Select Send Invite.
