As a final troubleshooting measure, let's click View report to find the error message. Here's how:

1. On the QuickBooks Payroll Setup 2024 - Error page, click View report.
   
2. Double-click the file ReportHeader.xml. 
3. Press CTRL + F on your keyboard to open the search box. Then, enter Exception String 0 in the search field.
