I'm joining the conversation to help with your question about using payroll on your mobile device, sparkling.

 

Have you tried logging in on the mobile web browser, as suggested by my colleague above? If you have, and the payroll feature still isn't showing, we can clear the browser history or switch to a different browser. If the same thing happens, you can also access it on a desktop browser using a computer or laptop. 

 

Furthermore, you can run mobile payroll separately from QBO mobile. If you're using this feature and still don't see an option for your payroll, you can uninstall and reinstall that app.

 

Still, I want to ask if you received any error message or simply didn't see the payroll option after logging on the mobile web browser. You can also include a screenshot in your next reply, just be sure to cover all important details.
