Specifically, you can contact the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Department to address this issue. You maybe routed to the QuickBooks Workforce team if necessary.

 

Please inform the support team that you require help with updating your employee's email information. They will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure the email is updated successfully.
