Employees and payroll
Same issue here. Long time user of QBO for a company that has overseas employees that are US citizens. They are subject to Federal income tax and FICA deductions, but not local/state tax. Often they have a foreign earned income (FEI) exclusion as well. Easy to include a US address for all statements, but there should be an option to not calculate state tax / exclude state tax. (Tax should be based on the work location, not the work address. But QBO doesn't allow a non-US work location.)
