Employees and payroll

Having the same issue as many others and looks like it has been going on for over a year.  Simply not acceptable service.  I too have been on support calls and chat, gone in-cognito, clear cashe, etc.  Intuit, please stop letting us down!  You don't even give us a work around we can use until you can fix this issue.  Especially, when we see some who were able to get help be demanding to talk with a superior.
