Recently, the investigation is now tagged as resolved. You can then seamlessly export QuickBooks Online Payroll data and transactions.
However, if you'll still be experiencing this issue, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They'll further review and conduct research on your account in a secure environment. Also, they can provide additional guidance in getting this resolved for you and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
Here's how to reach them:
- In your QuickBooks Desktop account, click the Help icon and select Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your issue and select Continue.
- Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
