Hey “Mich_S” or whoever you are.  Did you not read that the poster talked to multiple people and was told “they are working on it”?  Yet you essentially do nothing but refer him to the same support people in fact likely a level lower than he’s already spoken to.  Do you think we are all idiots?

 

If QBO payroll had an OUNCE of decency or scruples, they would tell us “here is where we suspect the problem is, here is the hold up, and here is when we anticipate it being resolved”.  Your scripted validation of our concerns and fake concern for customers means absolutely NOTHING to me or most people on here, so save it.
