Thank you for joining the thread, @ASR2000.
Allow me to help you to achieve your goal today. At the moment, the ability to export 1099s data directly to a CSV file is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As a workaround, we'll need to run the 1099 Transaction Detail Report. This report allows viewing your 1099 data and exporting it to excel.
Here's how:
- Go to Reports.
- In the search tab type in 1099 Transaction Detail Report.
- Click Customize, then click Report period, Rows and columns, and Filter to let you choose what you want to show in your report.
- Once done, click Run report.
- Click the download or export icon o the upper right of the report once it is ready for viewing.
- Select Export to Excel or Export to PDF.
- Once the exportation of the file is done, you can then search for a Converter Tool online to convert the exported file to CSV.
