Employees and payroll
Hello there, @cmaddox. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to see the list of 1099 data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To do so, you can simply run a 1099 vendor report. Here's how:
- In your QBO account, navigate to the Business overview and select Reports.
- Then, type Vendor Contact List in the search field.
- Once opened, click Customize.
- Next, under Rows/Columns choose Change columns.
- Check the Track 1099 box.
- Then, select Run Report.
For reference, feel free to check this article: Understand which contractors need 1099s.
To print this, simply select the Print icon located at the upper right part of the report.
I've also attached this helpful resource that you can access to get answers for the most common 1099 frequently asked questions: Get answers to your 1099 questions.
If you have any other concerns about getting a list of your 1099 data, please don't hesitate to post again here. I'd be happy to lend you a hand. Have a good one and keep safe.
