I can see that you've once had the option to enter an end date in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll when updating transactions all at once. Allow me to redirect you to the best help available so we can have that feature back and return to business seamlessly.

 

You can reach out to our customer support team by arranging a callback or through chat and request a screen-sharing session with them in a secure setting. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help and click the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

 

For QBO Payroll Core and Premium, our supports are available Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PT, while for QBO Payroll Elite, they're available every day at any time of the day.
