You can consider deleting and recreating the paychecks to resolve the issue. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Click Payroll from the left menu, then select Employee.
- Select the paycheck you want to delete and click Delete.
- Choose the I understand that this action cannot be undone checkbox.
- Click Delete Paycheck to confirm.
- Once done, you can now recreate the paycheck.
