Employees and Payroll
Providing the best experience with the product is what we aim for, userjharnakaram.
The option for the users to run weekly pay run only is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Once we set the user access to the Payroll Acess option, they can also adjust the Payroll settings. However, we have the Time tracking only option where employees can add their own timesheets. If this is what you need, just follow the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
- Choose Manage users.
- Tap Add user.
- Select Time tracking only. Then Next.
- Choose their name from the employee and supplier list. Then, Next.
- Enter their contact info.
- Press Save.
