Did not migrate from paysuite to standard payroll before 5/4. earliest date for migration now shown as 11/5. how do I run april Payroll ?

Currently, there's an investigation where some customers experiencing an incorrect migration date. Rest assured our engineering team is working to fix this soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Support Team to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified via email once this is resolved. You can follow these steps in contacting them:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and select Let's talk.
  4. Select Start a chat.

Thanks. Managed to get on yesterday and entered 23/4 as migration date. Will Advanced Payroll be available to run April payroll from 24/4 onwards.

Yes, you will be able to run that in advanced payroll on the 24/4 onwards after you have migrated on the 23/4.

Advanced Payroll is not available and migration did not occur on 24/4 and still cannot run April Midland Cleaning and Maintenance payroll.

With the migration day 24/4 being today, the migration team may have your company due to be done this afternoon, so we suggest waiting till after today to then run your payroll.

Migration from Paysuite to Advanced Payroll did not occur on 24/4. Have now rescheduled for 28/4. Please confirm urgently this will happen on 28/4 as have to run April payroll before Thursday.

I can see that you haven't receive a call from us about the status of the migration from paysuite to Advanced Payroll. I suggest contacting QuickBooks Customer Care team to verify and check further what are the other way to migrate it so that you can process the payroll.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Select the ? Help button.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your concern and choose how you wanted to be assisted.
  4. Provide your details so that they can reach out to your via chat or a callback. (You can also get the phone number if you are have transacted within the support hours)
  5. Confirm your transaction.

 

So that you can be assisted right away, please take note of our support hours:

 

  • Messaging: 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Midnight from Monday to Friday and 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. during Saturday and Sunday.
  • Phone: 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday.
